Amid the difficult conditions of displacement, Bahar Organization continues its humanitarian response to support internally displaced families in Qamishli through the Emergency Non-Food Items Distribution Project, with the support of ShelterBox.
This response aims to help displaced families meet their basic winter needs by distributing essential non-food items, including mattresses, blankets, kitchen kits, mats, and water jerrycans, contributing to improved living conditions and reducing the daily burden on the most vulnerable families.
This marks Bahar Organization’s second response in Al-Hasakah Governorate, reaffirming its commitment to reaching affected communities and providing timely emergency assistance.
So far, 1,088 families have been registered under the project, while 931 families have already received their allocated items.
With the support of our partners, we continue working to reach more families and provide assistance that preserves their dignity and offers them greater safety and comfort during the winter season.
