The Nephrology Department at Bahar Hospital in Afrin continues to provide essential dialysis services for patients with kidney failure, ensuring continuous care and support.
The department provides 100% free dialysis treatment, offering three sessions per week for each patient, while also receiving emergency cases 24/7 and providing the necessary medications as part of comprehensive medical care.
Currently, the department serves 142 patients and is equipped with 12 dialysis machines, distributed according to medical safety standards:
9 machines for non-infectious patients.
2 machines dedicated to patients with Hepatitis C+.
1 isolated machine in a separate room for patients with Hepatitis B+.
The department operates under the supervision of a specialized nephrologist 24/7, ensuring the highest level of care for patients.
