Community Dialogue Networks Conference
A culmination of a series of mobile awareness sessions aimed at supporting the reintegration of returnees from Al-Hol Camp into host communities in Raqqa city, as part of the Community Cohesion and Early Recovery Project, implemented in partnership with FCDO in Northeast Syria.
The conference seeks to strengthen social stability and build trust bridges between returnees and host communities by supporting and empowering community leaders, and equipping them with the necessary tools to activate community dialogue and mediation for peaceful coexistence.
As part of advocacy efforts for the integration of Al-Hol returnees, the closing conference brought together a diverse range of participants, including:
civil activists, representatives of local authorities, media professionals, community leaders and tribal elders, humanitarian and international organizations, as well as the Community Risk and Disaster Management Committee working with Bahar Organization in Raqqa.
