Because empowerment starts with opportunity, Bahar Organization implemented a #VocationalApprenticeship activity in #AlHasakah as part of its efforts to support #EarlyRecovery and strengthen #Livelihoods.
This project gives young women and men the opportunity to gain practical professional skills in a real work environment, improving their chances of #Employment and supporting their path toward #EconomicIndependence and #SelfReliance.
The activity targets the most vulnerable youth aged 18 to 35, including #IDPs, #Returnees, #Refugees, and low-income groups, helping them build a more stable and productive future.
