1,847 families across 12 camps in rural Raqqa have benefited from a winter response intervention implemented by Bahar Organization to support the most vulnerable households.
As part of its efforts to strengthen protection during the winter season, Bahar distributed winter assistance through voucher-based support, enabling families to access their essential needs in a flexible and dignified manner, while respecting the specific circumstances of each household within the camps.

The activity was implemented in accordance with agreed targeting criteria with the donor, ensuring assistance reached the most vulnerable groups and contributing to strengthening families’ resilience amid challenging humanitarian conditions.
