With support from the Near East Affairs Bureau (NEA), Bahar Organization continues its efforts to improve environmental conditions and strengthen public health in Raqqa by installing 120 large metal waste containers in densely populated neighborhoods, helping reduce waste accumulation and minimize the risk of disease outbreaks.
In addition, Bahar supports the Raqqa City Council with heavy machinery to ensure the safe and efficient daily and monthly collection and transportation of waste across targeted neighborhoods. These efforts are complemented by #Community_CleanUp and #Awareness_Campaigns aimed at eliminating illegal dumping sites from both main and secondary streets while promoting a culture of environmental responsibility.
