As part of the #CashForWork activity, Bahar Organization is supporting farmers in the #Rajo and #Azaz areas by providing #OliveHarvesting services in exchange for cash payments. A total of 180 workers from underserved villages were registered (40 from Rajo and 140 from Azaz), trained, and contracted for 20 working days, while farmers were also registered to receive the harvesting service. The project aims to reduce the financial burden on farmers, strengthen their resilience to #ClimateChange and #Drought, and create job opportunities within the local community, contributing to improved economic conditions and supporting agricultural production during the olive season in the most vulnerable villages. @johanniterklinikenhamm @johanniter_int
