Bahar Humanitarian Organization has launched the beneficiary registration process as the first phase of its Cash Voucher Assistance (CVA) project in Kasab and Qastal Maaf areas in northern rural Lattakia, aiming to support families returning to areas affected by disasters and conflict.

This initiative is part of a broader series of humanitarian projects implemented by Bahar, targeting 22,200 direct beneficiaries, with a strong focus on returnees, conflict-affected populations, and vulnerable groups across Maaret Al-Numan, Saraqib, Qastal Maaf, and Kasab.

Through this support, Bahar seeks to help families meet their essential needs, restore dignity, and strengthen their resilience as they rebuild their lives.
