A delegation from Bahar Organization, consisting of Ms. Hivin Kako and Dr. Koran Ahmad , members of the Board of Directors, along with Dr. Sharvan Ibesh , the Executive Director, met with Her Excellency Ann Snow, the British Ambassador to Syria, in London.
The meeting discussed ways to strengthen humanitarian and developmental cooperation, as well as exploring prospects for UK funding and support, with an emphasis on transitioning from emergency aid to sustainable programs that promote stability in Syria.
Ambassador Ann Snow praised the strength and dedication of local civil society organizations, including Bahar Organization, stressing the importance of continued collaboration to achieve broader humanitarian and developmental impact.
This meeting comes as part of Bahar Organization’s ongoing efforts to enhance humanitarian response and transform it into sustainable development programs that contribute to building a more stable and dignified future for Syrians.
