Bahar Organization hosted a workshop to present and discuss the comprehensive strategic vision of the new Farmers’ Union in Syria, aimed at empowering farmers, boosting agricultural production, supporting specialized cooperatives, and addressing environmental and climate challenges.

The workshop addressed key strategic areas, including:

Transition to smart and drought-resilient agriculture

Empowerment of rural women and youth

Restructuring productive cooperatives

Supporting food security and agricultural sovereignty

Strengthening partnerships with the private sector and international organizations
