Based on the results of the rapid assessment conducted by Bahar Organization teams in As-Suwayda Governorate, the organization began addressing some basic needs in the fields of bread and safe drinking water, in coordination with official authorities and civil society organizations, with direct field supervision to ensure transparency and that assistance reaches the beneficiaries.

1- Bakery Support

Three main bakeries (Qurayya, Atil, Shahba) were supplied with 8 tons of flour and 9,000 liters of diesel to ensure the continuity of bread production for displaced persons and the host community, with daily field follow-up on the delivery and usage process in the bakeries.

2- Water Support

Shahba Water Station: Bahar teams carried out a technical assessment to identify the needs and restore the station to its operational capacity, thereby improving access to safe drinking water for residents.

Drinking Water Distribution: 500 water packages (12 bottles × 1.5 liters) were distributed to several collective shelters in the city of Shahba.
