As part of its early recovery efforts in Northwest Syria, Bahar Organization has completed the rehabilitation of Al-Kafir Bakery in Jisr al-Shughur — the only bakery serving the area, providing bread daily to 18 villages.

The rehabilitation works included:

Installing new machines for the bread production line.

Supplying a kneader, automatic dough divider, and final proofer.

Installing a new oven chamber, water chiller, and upgraded cooling belt.

This intervention reflects Bahar’s commitment to supporting local communities and enhancing food security by rehabilitating vital infrastructure that benefits thousands of people.
