Bahar Organization signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) in the Syrian Arab Republic during a visit led by the Chairman of the Board, Dr. Goran Ahmed, where the delegation was received by Mr. Mustafa Hilal, Deputy Director of the Authority.

The MoU aims to strengthen collaboration between the public sector and civil society organizations to support #Livelihoods, promote #JobCreation, and advance #EconomicEmpowerment by combining efforts and exchanging expertise to support development initiatives and small and medium-sized enterprises.

The signing ceremony was attended by the Authority's directors and representatives from governorates across Syria, underscoring the importance of this partnership in advancing #SustainableDevelopment and #EarlyRecovery efforts across the country.
