When a bakery comes back to life, it brings back more than the aroma of fresh bread—it restores a sense of normalcy and reassurance that every family deserves.

Driven by its commitment to restoring essential services, Bahar Organization, in partnership with Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund (ASB), has launched the rehabilitation of the Kasab Bakery, helping this vital community facility resume its role in serving local residents, strengthening #FoodSecurity, and ensuring reliable access to bread.

The project began with a comprehensive technical assessment and damage evaluation, followed by the first phase of rehabilitation works. This phase includes constructing a generator room, a dedicated flour storage room, and completing internal and external plastering works, paving the way for the remaining stages of the project and the bakery's full restoration in line with quality standards.

Once completed, the project will help ensure a regular supply of #Bread, reduce the need for families to travel long distances to obtain this essential staple, and ease the financial burden associated with doing so.
