An official delegation visited the new Bahar Hospital to review the progress of work, assess the status of medical services following the recent developments, and discuss ways to support the continuity of healthcare services for patients most in need.
The visiting delegation included Dr. Abdullah Abdulbari, Primary Health Care Officer, and Dr. Mohammad Haj Mustafa, Health Director. They were received by members of Bahar Organization’s Board of Directors, headed by Dr. Koran Ahmad, along with Bahar’s Northern Area Office Manager.
This visit comes at a critical time, as 130 patients with kidney failure are at risk of losing access to dialysis services. These patients require nearly 1,300 dialysis sessions every month to stay alive and maintain their health stability.
Ensuring the continuity of this service is not only a medical intervention; it is a fundamental right to life and dignified healthcare.
