As part of its efforts to support women’s #EconomicEmpowerment and #ProfessionalDevelopment, Bahar Organization is empowering 75 women by equipping them with technical and vocational skills needed in the local #LaborMarket, helping create sustainable income opportunities and reduce dependency on aid.

In this phase, 25 women were trained in #ComputerMaintenance, gaining skills in diagnosing software and hardware issues, installing systems and programs, maintaining computer components, basic networking, customer service, and service pricing.

This training helps challenge #GenderStereotypes around women’s work in technical fields and supports their participation in sectors such as #Maintenance and #Technology.
