The ongoing work includes maintenance and repair of the damaged structural parts at Sinara Water Station, along with the installation of water pumps and a solar energy system to operate the station, in addition to installing a solar energy system at Beit Adin Water Station. These efforts will help restore the operation of both stations and improve access to safe drinking water for people in the area, while also supporting community stability and helping restore livelihoods.
This intervention comes within the framework of early recovery programs in earthquake-affected areas in northwest Syria, through a community-based disaster risk management approach, support for livelihoods, and strengthening resilience. Through this project, Bahar Organization is working to rehabilitate vital infrastructure in a way that improves communities’ access to essential services.
