As part of Bahar Organization’s ongoing efforts to strengthen infrastructure and improve water services in Syria, rehabilitation and reconstruction works are continuing for a 100 m³ water tank in Kafr Ghan – Suran (Azaz), aiming to ensure sustainable and safe access to clean water for local communities.

The project includes the complete demolition of the old, damaged tank and its reconstruction modern engineering standards to ensure higher efficiency and long-term durability. The works have now reached the foundation casting stage, following excavation and site preparation, with concrete base pouring currently underway—forming the essential structural support for the tank’s stability and safety.

Upcoming phases will include completing the reinforced concrete structure, implementing internal and external waterproofing to preserve water quality, and installing the necessary connections to integrate the tank into the local water network.
