A delegation from Bahar Organization, including Board Members Ms. Hivin Kako and Dr. Koran Ahmed, held a meeting with the Governor of Al-Hasakah, Eng. Nour Al-Din Ahmed, to discuss the return of Afrin residents displaced to areas in Northeast Syria.

During the meeting, emphasis was placed on the importance of working to ensure a safe, voluntary, and dignified return for displaced families, while providing the essential conditions necessary to guarantee their stability and support their ability to rebuild their lives.

The delegation also stressed the importance of coordinating efforts among relevant authorities and #humanitarian_organizations to facilitate return procedures, address related challenges, and ensure the protection of returnees’ rights and dignity.

This visit reflects #Bahar Organization’s ongoing commitment to advancing sustainable solutions and advocating for humanitarian issues that place people and their rights at the forefront.
