#Bahar Organization hosted the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, in cooperation with #NGOs in #Raqqa, through a consultative workshop aimed at updating and developing the Associations and Foundations Law issued in 1958. The meeting focused on strengthening the legal frameworks governing the work of civil society organizations. Participants reviewed the current law and presented a set of valuable proposals and key outcomes to enrich the new draft law being prepared by the Ministry, ensuring it aligns with modern developments and emerging needs. This initiative comes as part of the Ministry’s efforts to finalize a legal draft that supports #Sustainable_Development and meets the requirements of the #Reconstruction phase, prior to presenting the law to the Parliament for discussion and approval.
