As part of Bahar Organization’s efforts, in cooperation with the Syria Humanitarian Fund (SCHF), aimed at addressing the acute humanitarian needs resulting from protracted conflicts, economic deterioration, and repeated waves of displacement—particularly in the neighborhoods of Al-Ashrafieh and Sheikh Maqsoud—this intervention comes in response to the increasing needs during the critical winter period (January–March).

This intervention seeks to provide winterization cash assistance to the most affected groups in Aleppo. Through this support, 1,000 households will be enabled to meet their essential winter needs in a rapid and dignified manner through a single cash payment covering the minimum requirements for heating, fuel, winter clothing, and other necessary non-food items.

This intervention contributes to strengthening households’ resilience and ensuring an appropriate and timely response that aligns with their key priorities and urgent needs throughout the winter season.
