Life-Saving Dialysis Care for Displaced Patients
Source: OCHA
During the growing health challenges faced by #Displaced_People, Bahar Organization continues its commitment to providing #Healthcare and life-saving medical services, especially for patients with chronic conditions whose lives are directly affected by displacement and limited access to services.
In this context, #Dialysis services were provided to 8 displaced patients through the Nephrology Department at Bahar Hospital, which offers comprehensive care for kidney failure patients at a rate of three sessions per week, completely free of charge and available 24/7.
The department continuously receives emergency cases, provides necessary medications, and currently serves 142 patients through 12 dialysis machines, all under the supervision of a specialized nephrologist around the clock.
These efforts reflect Bahar Organization’s dedication to ensuring continuous healthcare and supporting the most vulnerable communities.
